Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Business Development & Marketing to lead our growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the DeFi landscape and a proven track record in business development and marketing. You will be responsible for driving our business growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand Kaonβs reach.
- Lead the marketing team in creating compelling campaigns, content, and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Kaon at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements.
- Foster a data-driven culture, using analytics and metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and marketing within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or DeFi industries.
- Strong understanding of the Bitcoin and BRC20 ecosystem, with a focus on DeFi protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
